STEP 1 - Pricing Guideline:

* Readability of sketches we receive from you
Upon receipt of payment and your sketch (See Step 2) you will receive a JPG file via email of your Floor Plan ready to insert into your Website or other Marketing Sites. (please allow 48 hours turn around time)
STEP 2 - Prepare your sketch: 
We will need one of the following from you in order to create your computer generated Floor Plan:

Scanned Image of existing Paper Brochure or Architectural Floor Plan drawing from your builder. Large sheets can be taken to your local copy shop (Kinkos, Office Max, etc.) where they can scan and email the file directly to us.

Sketch your Layout with measurements and either fax, mail or scan/email them. Please include Room Names and print as clearly as possible to speed up the process and accuracy. Sending us Photos or Links to your existing Online Listing site with Photos are very helpful.
Download and print our GRAPH PAPER TEMPLATE (PDF File) to sketch your floor plan layout on. Each Grid box is equal to 4'-0" x 4’-0”
Suggestions/Tips:
Start by drawing the outline of your house on a sheet of paper. You can use our printable graph paper to make it easier to keep your lines straight. Then add the windows and doors. Please use our symbol library to assist you.
Now would be a good time to make a copy of your newly created floor plan. It will be helpful to work with 2 drawings, one showing dimensions of the overall size of your house and several interior dimensions showing wall placement. Please add room names here too.
The second drawing can be used for showing furniture. It’s not necessary to show all the furniture in your house. It can make the drawing too cluttered and hard to read. Just show the basics – beds, sofa, dining table and chairs, bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances and please label them.
We can create your floor plan by using the above-suggested technique fairly well but it is very helpful if you can also send us photos to improve accuracy.
